About 6 months ago I started Lightbulb to do fractional GTM and RevOps work for startups. When I looked back at what actually moved the needle for clients, it was almost always the custom work: internal tools and agents built around how a specific team operates. So I rebuilt the company around that. Lightbulb now builds custom AI software, agents and automations for GTM teams. The sweet spot is the messy internal workflows no SaaS tool quite fits, like commission reconciliation, deal approvals, sales ops support, or follow-ups that slip when reps are in back-to-back demos.
