Question for the founders and revenue leaders here: when you brought in your first senior revenue leader, what do you wish had been in place before they started? I see a lot of Series A companies hire a CRO or CMO before there's a strategy for that person to run, and the first six months go to building the plan instead of executing it. The companies that move fastest get their ICP, pipeline design, and forecast model working first, then hire into a system that's ready for them. That's the stage I built Revenue Advisory for at Cojoy RevGen. It gives revenue-generating Series A and early Series B companies senior guidance on GTM strategy, coaching for the sales and marketing leaders running the plan, and help building the team, including talent sourcing with no finder's fee, while their own people own the execution. If you're at that stage or know a founder who is, here's the overview: cojoyrevgen.com/services?… I'd also love to hear how others here sequenced that first revenue hire.

I'm looking for 2-3 business owners who want a custom Closing Call app...for FREE! It texts you the SECOND a new lead comes in with a score & sales script based on their info, so you can call & close them before anyone else does. FYI:
78% of ppl buy from the first business to respond
Responding within 1 min increases conversions by 391%
You're 100x more likely to reach a lead within 5 minutes than at 30
So, if you close clients via phone, Zoom, or text, this is for you!! Let's get you more money in the bank! No catch. I just want the experience (and a testimonial if you love it). Just DM me, and we can start building!

Hey everyone! I’m Sadia (known as Sophia ) 👋 I’m into SEO and digital outreach, and most of my work revolves around finding the right people, starting conversations, and building genuine content partnerships. I’ve always enjoyed the relationship-building side of outreach more than just sending hundreds of emails and hoping for a reply. Lately, I’ve also been trying to understand how much outreach has changed with AI and all the new shifts happening around email and deliverability. Excited to be here, learn from everyone, share what I’ve picked up along the way, and hopefully get to know some of you beyond just work too. Hey all, sharing something we've been working on. External docs (sales collateral, website, etc.) tend to drift out of date and off brand as the product changes, so we built a tool that keeps them in sync automatically. Short video of how it works: https://youtu.be/-VMYUzum4K4 Curious how your teams handle this today, and would love any feedback. We're also looking for a few design partners, so DM me if this is a pain point for you or email me at [email protected]
Hey Shakil, my experience: the problem isn't too many tools, it's that none of them tells you what to do next. Two things I'd pay attention to if you're validating this:
Ask what decision the monitoring changes. A dashboard that shows activity is easy to build and easy to ignore. One that says "this account moved, act now" is the useful one.
Ask people what they actually check weekly, not what they say they'd want. Real behavior beats wish lists.
Curious what patterns you find. Would love to see them shared back to the group.
Hi everyone! I'm Tim, based in the Netherlands. I've spent my career on the commercial side of B2B SaaS: business development, account management and now customer success. One thing I've run into in pretty much every role: the CRM, billing and support tools each know part of the customer, and getting a reliable picture of an account means jumping between systems and piecing it together by hand. You see it before a renewal call, with four tabs open to check for an unpaid invoice, what the contract says and which tickets are still open. And you see it in outbound, when someone prospects an account that turns out to already be a customer under a slightly different name. That's the problem I'm most interested in: connecting CRM, billing and support data, getting the customer identity and definitions right, and only then putting automation or AI on top. Here to learn how other teams deal with this in practice, share what I'm learning along the way, and help anyone wrestling with matching records across HubSpot, Stripe/Chargebee, Zendesk and similar tools.
