The ideal candidate brings a strong command of the consultative sales process and thrives in engaging prospects, building long-term client relationships, and successfully closing complex deals. This role demands the ability to articulate the value of our service offerings with clarity and confidence, tailoring solutions to customer needs and business objectives. The successful candidate will combine professionalism, persuasive communication, and strategic thinking, with hands-on ownership of the sales cycle—from lead engagement and discovery through presentations, negotiations, and deal closure. This is a fully remote role within a performance-driven, accountable sales environment. Success in this position requires a high degree of personal ownership, learning agility, and disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers by setting appointments and conducting effective discovery and qualifying sales calls.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closure across all service offerings.
Achieve sales targets by assessing customer needs and following a structured, consultative selling approach, including demos and presentations.
Prepare accurate and concise proposals, reports, book packages, and support documentation for executive-level discussions.
Represent the company’s IT products and services by leveraging market research and in-depth knowledge of customer requirements.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Organize daily activities to engage with both existing and prospective clients, foster strong business relationships.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and effectively handle objections throughout the sales process.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, self-directed environment.
High degree of personal accountability, initiative, and follow-through.
Strong adaptability and willingness to rapidly develop technical and sales knowledge.
Resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and build structure where needed.
Requirements:
0–3 years of sales experience in the IT solutions or services industry.
Prior experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
Ability to balance persuasive selling techniques with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Academic focus on Technology Solution Sales would be an added advantage.
Proven ability to close sales using a consultative selling approach.
