Here's my issues/opinion with each software in the CRM market:
SFDC - Expensive, easy to over-engineer making ongoing costs hefty, still enterprise go-to CRM, go-to for large sales teams, marketing accepts it against their will but hopes to use it with a slay marketing system
HubSpot - Can get expensive easily, sales functionality needs improvement, Marketing team go-to, ideal for MM not ENT, too much functionality for most SMBs getting overwhelming fast. For a small sales team, it's affordable and not reliant on zapier with workflows
Zoho - Everything is an add-on and UI is super overwhelming, but it's cheap and can do a lot if you know how to use it so common for APAC businesses
Close - Perfect for sales heavy teams, still reliant on Zapier tho for most automations but they are improving it
Copper/Pipedrive - lumping these together because they are simple CRMs, but super easy to make a complete mess and I haven't seen that many companies using it in an optimized way, it's good for SMB but companies seem to outgrow it and it doesn't have much marketing functionality from what I've seen
Attio - up and coming CRM that's getting lots of hype but prob needs a bit more functionality to take over the market
GHL - UI seems overwhelming and confusing to use, but nice for a free software, mainly popular with agencies
