I run this for all my clients and help them expand their outreach by helping them leverage borrowed extra LinkedIn profiles to expand their reach. My reply rates are at the lowest 20% and at the highest 70% depending on industry. For D2C e-commerce it's been traditionally on the lower end, probably 30%ish. But that's still great vs email.
The approach to sell via outbound is to build a relationship and don't sell in the first few messages or first few conversations. Take it slow, build rapport, find the pain points, capitalize, and then you can sell.
