Best Email Tools for SaaS Customer Journeys and Reminders

hey members, does anyone knows the email system for SaaS? Like best tool for customers journeys, remainder emails, subscription email. How many emails do we need? in which format for example "no-reply", support system. So is their is any one stop solution?

I’ve used Salesforce and Mailchimp before for campaigns and reminders, where users can also subscribe or unsubscribe.

does that emails land in Inbox? or lands in promotion section?

It depends on your email content. From what I know, Gmail has its own algorithms that decide where your email goes. whether it lands in the inbox or the promotions tab.

I don’t think we can control it directly, but we can optimize the content structure so the email has a higher chance of landing in the main inbox.
