Hi everyone! π I'm working with my business partner on a solution that helps analyze wording and communication on the critical path to purchase in e-commerce β things like product descriptions, CTAs, and other messaging that directly impacts conversion. Before we go any further, Iβd love to ask: Do you currently pay attention to communication on your e-commerce path to purchase when optimizing for conversion? Do you do it in-house, have time to go deep into it regularly β or would you prefer to outsource it and just get occasional reports with recommendations on what to improve?
