Its tougher than it used to be to recover if restricted for good reason, but keep plugging away at hassling their support, even after the first no.
If no joy, you can open up a new BM and ad account and get away with it - but the more in common with the old setup the more likely it is to get flagged. Try getting a colleague to create from scratch, ideally send traffic to different url, different profiles where possible etc.
Its tough, a lot of people get screwed on this, even the compliant ones!
