Recommendations for Cost-Efficient Advertising Networks for Supplements

Does anyone know of reputable and cost-efficient advertising networks or agencies for supplement e-commerce offers? I need advertising for customer acquisition for my DTC supplements. It's not built on Shopify and currently I'm not selling on Amazon or Walmart either. My current agency is bleeding me dry with their cost-per-sale model. Really appreciate any recommendations!

I know a handful of agencies to rec, would paid search be something you're looking for? Or something with Meta ads? Or both i guess haha

Ben B. meta ads is fine, Google search and TikTok are fine. I’d go with the expert opinion of an excellent agency. But I’m also curious if there are any affiliate networks you might know of who are more cost effective

No, influencer sponsorship is too expensive and not worth it in my opinion. I meant using your own profile or executive profiles of the company and creating thought leadership content it's a lot more cost effective and effective.
