The short version of me: 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales. I spent five years at Lokalise growing through four roles โ Senior AE, Team Lead, Sales Manager, then Sales Enablement Lead โ while the company went from โฌ1M to โฌ30M ARR ๐. I was a closer first (160% peak quota, ~โฌ7M in direct revenue) before I ever managed anyone, which is still how I lead: in the trenches, on the calls, not running things from a dashboard.

I've put together full AI-native systems โ n8n + Claude + HubSpot orchestration, automated enrichment and outbound, multi-agent workflows โ the stuff that makes a lean team perform like a much bigger one. So you get classic sales leadership AND someone who can wire up the engine behind it.
๐ฏ Things I'm genuinely good at: SMB and PLG-influenced motions, building playbooks and ramping reps, fixing a pipeline that's leaking, and bringing AI into a GTM org in a way that actually sticks.
