The reason why we like Close CRM for so many use cases is that the dialer is directly inside of the CRM, the lists are the easiest to use and can have a ton a depth when the account structure is set up properly, and workflows can be sent directly from the reps.
The only exception where close CRM does not work well for most teams that we work with is if you have complex object associations (for example - you sell enterprise saas, do outbound to a company which has 5+ contacts in which you are selling multiple deals to and contacts are not associated with multiple deals.)
We have nearly the same set up in close for people ranging from b2b, b2c, d2c, etc. Typical team size is complete start up to 80+ million.
Once you really need to get all of your data in one place hubspot becomes much more useful, but you have to have a team working on that non stop to ensure it is set up correctly and continues to report correctly
