I'm not sure what channel to put this in, so I am starting here...
I am going to be doing some sales development leadership & sales process consulting for the first time (formally at least) and I am trying to come up with either an hourly rate or project type pricing. Anyone here have any experience in consulting that would be willing to give me some pointers?
