Increasing authorization rates (recently +6%, ~$100M revenue impact)
Reducing fraud without hurting conversion
Fixing checkout and billing friction
Optimizing routing, retry logic, and tokenization
What I enjoy most is working on complex systems where small changes drive massive business outcomes. Right now, I’m exploring my next opportunity at a Series B/C fintech - ideally where payments performance, scale, and revenue optimization are critical to growth.
