I feel like cold call openers (those first 5–10 seconds) feel smoother, "easier" in English-speaking countries, not to mention the US and UK, compared to countries like France, Italy, or Germany, where there tends to be more initial resistance.
Anyone else noticed the same? Would love to hear your thoughts!
