Guidance Needed for Automated User Workflow Implementation

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some guidance on implementing an automated workflow. Here's what I'm trying to achieve: The Goal: When users sign up on our platform they provide their email and phone number, I want to automatically:

1.
Send them a personalized LinkedIn message (using their email to find their LinkedIn profile)
2.
Send them a text message

My Question: Is this technically feasible? If so, what tools or APIs would you recommend for:

LinkedIn messaging automation
SMS integration
Connecting these to our signup process
