Hi community,Would love to hear your thoughts..there is a specific requirement from a hiring manager where they are looking specifically for lead qualification experience in tech sales for a SDR role.
I have added folks in combinations of BDR,SDR and inside sales..Except few mostly the profiles are getting rejected in the screening stage citing the person is into lead generation by the hiring manager though in our detailed screening process,candidate mentioned he had been into lead qualification.
Please suggest few ideas or wats to navigate what factors should I look for when I build a pipeline for lead qualification inbound SDR role in tech sales.
