Yes I've explored Trigify at a high level but never used it. How does Trigify compare to Phantombuster or Apify scraping on ease-of-use, safety (staying within LinkedIn limits), set up & config, etc.? Hannah A. Our other tech stack is HubSpot as CRM, Apollo.io for lead gen & enrichment, and Instantly.ai
Hi ! Quick check - does anyone here track competitors' company linkedin pages and feeds / posts of their key employees for new leads for your company? (b2b prospects) I have explored some options at a high level but am mindful of linkedin being strict with scraping any data so would love to know how others are going about this in a safe manner and staying within linkedin limits, what tools / platforms you are using, etc.
Hi ! 👋 Not sure if this is the right channel for this but just throwing this out here in case anyone has faced similar issues and might have some advice. Has anyone here used HubSpot Sequences using connected Outlook accounts and faced issues of their primary Outlook accounts getting blocked due to a very small handful of emails (less than 5) bouncing as sender was suspected of sending spam and not recognised as a valid sender? I've spoken with HubSpot support already and understand they have little control over this and how recipients have spam filters, etc. set up as Outlook servers handle the emails sent and not hubspot. Likely cause I believe can be our SPF, DKIM, DMARC not fully configured (our DKIM is disabled), but I have limited experience with this and how DNS records are managed, etc. We can configure settings from MS Admin portal and our domain host but want to avoid knock on effects on domain hosting and emails as we have faced issues previously where updating the settings caused us to stop receiving emails altogether, so we want to make sure we follow the proper process before changing anything
Hello! Any Hubspot and Outlook users here? Would love to get some thoughts on a few things here -
Problem #1 - my hubspot is failing to create new contacts whenever me or my colleagues interacts with a new person that does not exist in our CRM (this may be a referral, an existing client or prospect bringing in a new colleague on an email thread, etc.).
(my team and myself all have our Outlook inboxes connected to hubspot under Settings > General > Email). Under Settings > General > Email > email logging settings (account level email management) - I'm not seeing an option to "Automatically create and associate contacts for logged / unknown email contacts" (see photos below) - where can I find and enable this? I've used hubspot with gmail previously and did not face these issues until now. Currently this means that we are having to manually create new contacts and map relevant activities against them which is eating into our time when are already stretched thin. P.S. we are on Hubspot Sales Hub Pro and I have Super Admin permissions 2. Problem #2 - HubSpot Sales add-in for Outlook - this plug-in for Outlook keeps either logging people out every other minute, or in my case has yet to allow me to log in to Hubspot even though I am already logged in to hubspot in other tabs. I've used the same hubspot plug-in for gmail previously and never once had an issue. Anyone else facing this issue? How did you solve for this? 3. Problem #3 - my current company moved to Hubspot as their CRM around a year ago (prior to me joining the company) - this is our first time having a CRM, previously everything was being run directly out of Outlook and makeshift excel lists / CRMs. It was recently brought to my attention internally that we have thousands of customer / investor emails and contacts that are still living in the inboxes of the founders and other early team members. Has anyone ever moved to Hubspot directly from not having a CRM? We need to make sure that we have all contacts, company names and details, and emails from these Outlook inboxes synced with HubSpot and mapped correctly against associated contacts and companies. Without this historical context newer team members are always dependent on the founders for context about the relationships and past activities with these missing contacts / companies. Import2 | 1-Click Data Migration is a tool that popped up on my radar as a tool that might be useful for this challenge. Has anyone here used this before?
