You're certainly right how sales teams spend too long updating CRMs instead of speaking with customers Isha, often being key to where things start to go wrong (if they haven't gone wrong already!).

Both a good and interesting perspective, and you're right, personas will change (as will pressures bearing down on them). Two things, signals are possible to pick up on during pitches you can test. Soft closes another route, although much can be predicted 'before' the meeting with certain research techniques. Correct, they will no doubt want to take it back to the team, the objective being invited back with them.

I'm aiming to put some updates out nearer the autumn. A Founder myself, but more in stealth at the moment, I do get involved with investment networks and especially those attached to Davos. It's rarely a problem taking a short-list along to meetings in January, and what comes from that is usually independent to those involved. Feel free to keep in touch if that could be of interest.

You have to be approved as a Writer in many cases, there then being a review process. Unfortunately it is rarely an Open Blogg (at least not until you might be approved). Many people now charge fees to get companies on there (whether right or wrong), but you have to qualify carefully and ascertain who's in control of the content.

In some cases yes, although the main problems are many are using these systems as Shadow AI without approval by their company. It was a big topic at Davos this year, along with how to regulate it. Hoping that helps in some way. Mike

Hi Aditya, My suggestion would be to lean into what good GTM actually requires, comprising all of the key functions. Real GTM is often underrated, but if you understand the internal metrics (that can be very complex!) you can hopefully steer your experience for future role applications.
