I try and have AI automate my calendar and follow ups from calendar activities as much as possible.
Where I struggle is as mentioned the context switching of unplanned time- those things that you cannot realistically plan for proactively unless you want to limit your team/clients to specific “office hours” for help, which I find isn't always the most effective strategy to keep things moving - I don't want to be a bottle neck for those who need direct guidance on problems they're facing.
