I’m a hands-on RevOps / GTM operator working with B2B SaaS and service businesses that have leads, tools, and data… but no clean system tying it together.
What I actually do:
• Clean & structure HubSpot (pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead routing, reporting)
• Fix broken lead intake (forms, inbound, outbound, SDR handoff)
• Build simple automations (n8n / Zapier / CRM workflows)
• Make sure revenue teams see what’s happening and what to do next
I usually start with a 30-day RevOps Sprint where I:
• Audit + clean the CRM
• Map the revenue flow
• Deliver a clear blueprint + fixes that remove friction immediately
