Is more internal team operations for the organic search and R&D departments. Vendor management, forecasting, financial reporting, invoice intake, QA and reporting, task allocation, bandwidth tracking for staffing, appraisal assignment, tracking, reporting, process design and optimization. More or less that.
I don’t really touch Salesforce (or any CRM tool) that’s why I’m studying it. The RevOps Hubspot certification is about RevOps not about the CRM. I’m currently helping the RevOps team with an analysis about channel mix and win rate for appraisals.
I know certificates are nice to haves, and experience is what matters and I’m happy to go down into a more entry-ish level RevOps position, because it’s been hard getting more experience.
But that’s why I’m curious to see what else I could do to be of value in a RevOps position (+ get my CV taken into consideration).
