I’m currently building an affiliate program for a B2B SaaS (focused on signal-based lead generation for sales teams), and I’d love to learn from people who’ve already experimented with this.
Specifically:
• Where did you find your first affiliate partners? (Twitter/X, Slack groups, Reddit, influencer outreach, etc.)
• What kind of incentive structure worked best — one-time commissions, recurring %, tiered rewards?
• Any pitfalls or lessons learned when trying to scale it without turning it into a “spam magnet”?
