Hey everyone 👋 Quick intro: I previously built and sold a small SaaS, and one of the biggest pains I ran into wasn’t product or GTM, it was finding the right co-founder. I went through a lot of intro calls, great conversations that went nowhere, and a few misaligned partnerships that were way more expensive than any wrong feature decision. After that experience, I started experimenting with a side project called Copilotry.app The goal is to make co-founder matching more transparent and less “LinkedIn + vibes”, by focusing on how people actually work, think, and collaborate not just titles or buzzwords. It’s very early, still in validation mode. I’m not selling anything, I’m mostly looking for honest feedback from founders and operators who’ve been through co-founder chaos before. If you’ve: struggled to find the right co-founder been burned by misalignment
or have strong opinions on what actually matters in a founding team
I’d love to hear your thoughts 🙏 Happy to share more context if useful.
Hey folks! I’m currently building an affiliate program for a B2B SaaS (focused on signal-based lead generation for sales teams), and I’d love to learn from people who’ve already experimented with this. Specifically: • Where did you find your first affiliate partners? (Twitter/X, Slack groups, Reddit, influencer outreach, etc.) • What kind of incentive structure worked best — one-time commissions, recurring %, tiered rewards? • Any pitfalls or lessons learned when trying to scale it without turning it into a “spam magnet”? I’m happy to share a quick overview of how we’re designing ours if it helps others too. Any recommendations on where to connect with good affiliates or how to make the program attractive would be super valuable.
