All - looking for some companies to join a very inexpensive pilot for a next-generation learning system called HuddleUp Learning - I am an advisor the founder team. This new type of platform combines the best elements of a project management system with an LMS system for a new model to help teams collaborate, learn from each other, and take action. I could see it being extremely useful for sales enablement and overall corporate training.
They are not looking for individual consultants, but for organizations interested in the pilot. Having at least 10 users in the pilot would be helpful.
Here is the criteria:
1. Summary: We are looking for organizations to pilot Huddle Up for 6-12 weeks to help solve a specific problem with pre and post data (faster feedback cycles, fewer meetings, increased participation, etc.) . The pilot will lead to a case study which would be mutually beneficial and cross-promotional.
2. Commitment: We can help the organization with set-up. The experience itself is fully customized by the organization along the way to respond to their needs. Most organizations can set up their own experience in 30 minutes. The pilot entails:
a) a 30-minute set-up meeting
b) a mid-point online survey (5 min) and a check in meeting (30 minutes)
c) a wrap-up survey (5 min) and subsequent meeting (45 minutes)
3. Feedback: Huddle Up is seeking the organization's perspective in the following areas to help us build out new features:
a) In what ways should we utilize AI "within the project" to help their organization analyze the ideas and feedback that are shared within the Project. The data can target individual learners and/or the organization as a whole?
b) What types of reports would the organization like to see Huddle Up develop to better prove ROI for the organization?
c) What site features should we consider adding to our development roadmap? What features are confusing from the organization's perspective?
4. Users: The pilot can include multiple projects and an unlimited number of users.
5. Cost: The pilot costs $200. If the organization decides to continue using Huddle Up after the pilot, they will receive a 50% discount for up to two years, and the $200 will be credited toward their future payment.
