It's really only efficient if the quality is good, if its a bad sales person and they use automation its not gonna be any better

I say if it cost a lot of money, dont invest into something that you have to hope they fulfill or else you're screwed, with internet/ network you can usually find ways to do things yourself. I dont know the context but thats always my rule
I would just check for social proof, or look for a current or past customer to speak with
