Will C. These are good AI tools, but you will hit a brickwall at some time, especially with market research and CI. This is still more of a process which often involves reading between the lines and actually talking to people.

Hi Laura, AI would be one part of it but if you are looking at deeper analysis, I would combine this some sort of quantitative analysis as well. 500 is a good number to get representative data. I haven't seen AI alone be very useful when it comes to that. Smaller custom python tools using the Pandas library would definitely help with this. Of course, what matters is the objective of the analysis and what metrics you wish to analyze. AI would be a create side tool to help with this.

When you say AI functionality, are you talking about how it is right in the forefront or is it a tool to support another feature? e.g. are you marketing a RAG or a chatbot, or something like fraud prevention which can use AI but is not marketed necessarily as AI? We've done the latter. For the former, you need to pay attention to a few security aspects as well, including prompt injection (to say the least). Edit: Think i just phrased Brice's question in a different way 🙂
