My company's used both and we switched from Hubspot to Attio.
Hubspot has way more integrations and is way more widely used so there are more people out there who are familiar with it / can help you set things up. Tons and tons and tons of people use hubspot and there's a lot of value in that.
Hubspot is also more expensive and less configurable. The UX (imo) is atrocious when it comes customizing your build and pretty bad for end users just doing day to day work in the platform (compared to more modern crms like attio or folk). Their sales team is also a lot to deal with.
I think if you're thinking you just need like a "four wheels and a seat" type crm that does all the basic stuff Hubspot is probably the right choice and if you feel you have a really particular object model you'd like to implement and you want a lot of control and you need a lot of custom workflows I think Attio is a better choice.
