I've been part of RevGenius for a while, but realized it's probably time for a fresh introduction.
I'm Ahuva Fischer, an Operations & Organizational Health Consultant.
I work with growing companies (typically 10–100 employees) that have reached the point where the business is growing, but the way it runs hasn't caught up yet.
The team is busy.
The people are good.
But progress is hard to see, ownership is unclear, and too much still depends on the founder.
I help leadership teams identify execution bottlenecks, improve how work flows across departments, clarify roles and accountability, and build the operational infrastructure that turns effort into predictable results.
A growing part of my work also involves helping organizations adopt AI thoughtfully — not starting with tools, but with processes, workflows, and real business problems worth solving.
Most of my clients are in SaaS, tech-enabled services, agencies, and founder-led businesses.
Looking forward to learning from all of you and connecting with other operators, founders, RevOps leaders, GTM teams, and anyone thinking about how to scale without adding chaos.
