I’m Tenzing Lama from Northeast India (Nagaland). I’ve spent the last 15 years working across Enterprise Sales and Customer Success with startups and global teams.
Currently building atEaseAI, an AI-powered operating layer for post-sales teams. It pulls contextual data from CRM, email, support systems, financial tools, and product analytics to build account intelligence, detect churn risks and expansion opportunities, and generate prioritized action plans for AMs and CSMs to review and execute.
The idea is to move Customer Success beyond dashboards and reactive workflows into a more proactive, execution-driven system.
At the moment, I’m focused on learning, connecting with founders/operators, validating ideas, and exchanging insights around GTM, Customer Success, retention, and AI in SaaS.
