Josué

Hi RevGenius, I'm Josué founder of avouch. I spent the last few years in Chicago tech sales and just built a private referral marketplace called theavouch.com The premise is simple: if you know solid people (sales, eng, ops), you can get paid up to $20k just for making an intro that leads to a hire. We have about 100 open roles right now. And if you're quietly looking for your next move yourself, it lets you bypass the job board black hole and get introduced through a warm peer vouch instead. If you want to check it out or help a friend get hired, shoot me a DM or check out the site!

After a few years in tech sales, I built Avouch as a private hiring marketplace for GTM, ops, and tech roles. The idea is simple: instead of cold outreach, hiring happens through warm peer vouches. We have about 100 open roles right now. If you know great people and want to earn up to $20k for connecting them to open roles, or if you're open to a new move yourself, feel free to check out theavouch.com or shoot me. Excited to connect with everyone here!
