Most of the legacy CRM's are really good because it gives a sense of reliability and integration...But once you bake in the subscription cost and the switching cost then the problem becomes visible.
I think more people will realise this and eventually start vibe coding their own stuff... I worked on a project where we vibe coded our own CRM and it basically does 3 primary things along with other CRM features.

Automatically pulls transcript data of SQLs
- 2.
Assess the call and rate [Offer clarity , message to market fit, ICP score, Pain point , and few other inputs which "We" need.
- 3.
Become the ultimate reply manager [ followup with MQL's , SQL to Opportunity phase, Run evergreen followups with previous leads ], all with our business context [ we embedded it with our business knowledge so the followups read like it came from CEO's, not some generic SDR/AI bot]
I think only Hubspot is killing it in terms of the CRM game with their breeze feature but im not sure if the costs justifies for most businesses.
