We're actively scaling into the US market and looking for someone to own the data foundation behind our revenue engine - CRM architecture, integrations across HubSpot/Gong/Lemlist/Sales Nav and the wider GTM stack, data quality, reporting, and automation. This is a hands-on, technically deep role for a builder who wants to help shape a GTM function in a new market, not maintain one that's already set.
Looking for: 4+ years in CRM admin (HubSpot preferred), integration experience (APIs, n8n/Zapier), and a genuine love for clean data and systems that just work.
$140k–$180k + equity, hybrid NYC (2–3 days in office), health insurance from day one, 401k match, and some great perks.
