I think your solution is really cool, I wish my manufacturer clients were savvy enough to embrace it, but they are old school.

Rachel S. There are aps that will record, transcribe and parse into Salesforce from your phone or separate hardware devices. I have not tested any yet though.

The answer is auto populating the fields from your notetaker transcripts and email traffic. There are many tools that do this. My favorite is GTM Engine. I am a partner and can set up a demo for you.
