Great points Dan N., I think it begins before the call is over. There should be clear qualification check boxes. If the prospect isn't hitting enough of them, put that meeting on hold.
Dwayne, you got your hands full!
I'm actually working on something in a similar space — building a SOC 2 compliance platform for small startups. The ops/workflow side for small businesses is such a tough nut to crack. How are you thinking about onboarding for Zodot? Curious if freelancers come in knowing what they need or if you're doing a lot of discovery with them.
Would love to swap notes sometime!
Welcome! One of the most surprising for us was how well founder-led content performed, not polished ads, just real posts about building. Way higher engagement than expected
Interesting, looks like you're layering data + workflow nicely. I’m curious how accurate the intent signals are in real campaigns. Always feels like that’s the hardest piece to get right. Any LI messaging?
This hits a nerve. The whole compliance ecosystem depends on credibility, the second vendors start buying influence, the signal gets polluted. Makes it harder for everyone doing it the right way.
We just ran a small Reddit test and saw early traction. It’s messy but real, people there ask questions before they ever hit Google. That signal’s gold if you can interpret it right. We plan to continue our testing and optimisation. I'd be happy to share some of our early insights, DM me.
We’ve been testing Apollo lately. It’s great for automation, but I’d double-check the enrichment accuracy outside the U.S. The big unlock for us was layering our own signals and enrichment on top instead of relying 100% on platform data.
Makes sense. We’re seeing “trust signals” matter more in mid-market sales too, clean security page, basic SOC 2 progress, etc. Wouldn’t mind a peek at the table to see how you’re triggering outreach.
