One thing I’ve been surprised by building in the SOC 2 space is how often deals don’t fail on requirements, they fail on coordination. Security, product, legal, and sales all have influence, but no one has the full picture.
Curious if you’re seeing customers use Via AI in situations where the hard part isn’t outreach, but figuring out who actually influences the decision once multiple teams are involved.
