I'm still figuring out my role, as I find myself involved in a variety of tasks, from Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to integrations like AISDR and Parallel Dialers, and even some marketing activities. I work for a company called Rezolve.ai, which offers a fantastic product called Agentic Sidekick 3.0. This is an enterprise AI solution that resolves both IT and HR support requests within Microsoft Teams and Slack, instantly. It manages everything from password resets to PTO requests, and now I’m focused on selling it.
Since I'm new to this field, I find my cold calls are lacking. I need some practice to build my confidence for when I connect with potential clients. I'm hoping to role-play and enhance my skills and product knowledge.
