How do you know when a customer is sending hints about buying your software or something similar?
R: Visiting your website, checking the pricing page, if they have already had a meeting with you and are checking your prosposal form time to time, or are asking stuff on reddit, X, Linkedin. Obviously, you need tools to track this.
When do you know the correct time of approach and whom to approach?
R: If they are raising their hands, approach them asap
Also what channels platforms do you use?
R: I have a list of the best tools nowadays, I can share it.. your stack should always get better, not bigger though
