🧘 I’m Sudeep, based in Vancouver, Canada. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I still catch myself feeling grateful for how beautiful this city is. The views, the long walks, and meditating in nature have been surreal, especially coming from the pace and energy of Delhi. When I’m indoors, I’m usually gaming, watching way too much basketball, or going down an AI rabbit hole trying to understand where all of this is headed.
💼 Career-wise, I love working at the intersection of user experience, partner success, and platform or product growth. I’m big on continuous improvement, tight feedback loops, experimentation, and execution that actually moves the needle. I’m currently exploring roles in merchant success, Customer Success, RevOps, sales enablement, and GTM Operations Manager paths, plus broader program and ops roles across revenue and growth. I thrive in startup environments and tend to do my best work in chaos and ambiguity, I’m a builder at heart and I genuinely enjoy taking ideas into execution rather than waiting for the perfect moment. My background is in food tech and SaaS, starting with Zomato in India and then moving into customer success, partnerships, and account management roles in Canada.

A generic approach would: Define an ideal customer profile : 75-100 partners Aggressively outreach and try to land 25-30 direct conversations. Evaluate their current mindset about the product/ problem statement in discussion. (potential solutioning) Identify windows in discussions to pitch your solution without directly pitching. (this will help you in understanding how to position your solution) Try to convert 3-5 customers with a formal pitch.
