Been using Lemlist for 4 years, so here's my honest take:
Where it shines: LinkedIn sequencing is genuinely strong โ the connection request withdraw option and person-level timezone-based sending are recent additions that actually work well in practice.
Where it falls short: Email deliverability. We get better results through Apollo for emails, so we use Lemlist primarily for LinkedIn outreach and apollo for email and contact data.
Reporting is a weak spot โ it doesn't give you clean daily or weekly outreach numbers, which is sometime frustrating.
One thing to know going in: Budget at least a month to set it up properly. Each step & condition has its own nuances and trade-offs โ rushing it will cost you more time later.
Good if LinkedIn sequencing is a priority for your team. For pure email outreach, use Apollo or any ither tool in mind.
