Looking to hire someone (ideally in-person in Philly) to help build out our RevOps processes / organization. We're a $120M wireless infrastructure acquisitions shop backed by TPG. Killer five-person closing team, a 20-30K real estate owner ICP across the entire country, and I just led a migration to Salesforce from a clunky legacy CRM. I truly believe the only thing between us and ~doubling our deal flow without adding headcount is the operating system.
