🎨 We're hiring a Junior Designer I'm after someone fresh out of uni with a proper eye for brand, who wants to learn UX/UI design properly. You'd be designing landing pages and post-click experiences for consumer brands, the DTC ecom work that people actually buy from. WHO I'M LOOKING FOR • 0 to 2 years in. Placements and uni work count, so a grad with a strong portfolio is exactly right. • Hyper creative with a real eye for branding. I care far more about taste than a list of tools. • An eye for copy as well as design. A lot of what makes a page work is the words, so I want someone who notices when a headline isn't landing. • Wants to learn UX and UI, and wants to understand why a page converts, not just how it looks. • Comfortable in Figma, or quick enough to get there fast. WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY BE DOING • Designing landing pages and full post-click journeys for consumer brands. • Turning a brand's identity into pages that sell, working from their real design system and assets. • Writing and shaping the copy alongside the design, not dropping someone else's words into a layout. • Sitting close to strategy, so you see the thinking behind the brief rather than just receiving it. • Getting mentored. This is a role built for someone to grow into, not an extra pair of hands. THE DETAILS • Fully remote (UK/US preference) • $38k-50k • ASAP If that sounds like you, or you know someone finishing up who'd be a fit, send a portfolio to [email/link]. Lead with the work, the CV matters less. Give this a share if you know anyone 🙏
