First get very tight on ICP: industry, company size, buyer title, geography, and trigger signals. Then build a small account list, find decision-makers on LinkedIn, enrich/verify emails, and test messaging in small batches before scaling.
For UAE/APAC, avoid generic "we're expanding" messaging. Tie the opener to a real trigger: hiring, market entry, partnerships, funding, or a specific regional pain.
