Hi All, hoping this question isn't inappropriate for this channel...
I'm struggling to find qualified SDRs and Sr. SDRs through typical job boards/LinkedIn. We are a boutique SD agency with a lot to offer (unique role/skills dev/experience/career/fun team/supportive, healthy culture/fully remote/solid comp/benes, etc.), but we don't have the bandwidth to train green SDRs--no matter how wonderful/full of potential someone is. Any tips on finding experienced SDRs? (I did post my job in the chat-job-postings channel here last night.) Thanks in advance for any advice (or any referrals if you know someone!).
