Hey everyone - honest question from a founder who’s currently getting punched in the face by B2B SaaS distribution 😅
We built a product that automatically completes RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor assessments (CAIQ, HECVAT, SIG, custom questionnaires, etc.). Technically, it works really well and customers who use it seem genuinely happy.
But… getting customers is turning out to be way harder than building the thing.
We tried LinkedIn outreach and basically got shadow-banned/banned. Paid search ads don’t look super promising so far. And unlike some categories, this product also doesn’t have a super obvious “everyone gathers here” conference/community.
So I’d genuinely love to hear from people doing B2B SaaS today:
What acquisition channels are actually working for you?
What would you try if you were in this space?
Are there GTM approaches that worked better than expected?
Any lessons learned the hard way?
At this point I’m less interested in growth-hack theory and more interested in what’s actually working in 2026.
Appreciate any thoughts 🙏
