Hey everyone, I’m Charisse (Risse). My background is long and winding—years of executive operations and strategy, and more recently, diving head-first into Sales Ops and RevOps. I like to be where growth meets structure: fixing what slows teams down, getting Salesforce and dashboards to actually work for people, and building workflows that keep leaders clear and reps moving.
I care about more than just efficiency—I’m interested in systems that give people back their energy and focus. That’s where the AI side of my work comes in.
Right now, I’m consulting and also looking at full-time Sales Ops roles. Mostly, I’m here to connect, learn, and trade real stories about what’s working (and not) in the trenches.
