I'd only reach for n8n when I have a highly custom workflow and there's no domain-specific solution that already handles that use case. For funnel optimization specifically, I'd look for tools built by teams who live and breathe funnel optimization — they'll handle edge cases, maintain integrations, and ship improvements you'd otherwise have to build yourself. n8n is powerful, but the maintenance burden is real. If there's a company 100% focused on your domain, let them carry that weight so you can focus on your actual business.

I think Linkedin Sales Navigator is more than enough to get started. I would definitely start there and go to another tool if it doesn't cover what I need.

Hey Alex, I don't usually send voice notes over linkedin but I recommend you try Wispr Flow desktop app to transcribe any audio into text. I mostly prefer sending text messages, so this helps a lot. It has some cool features like on the fly editing (reduces rambled thoughts) and it automatically learns your unique words and adds them to your personal dictionary.
