Hey David, thanks for the note and sharing what you do. Typically this isn't a pain point as we are talking about the identity shift and the business strategy that flows from it, i.e. who you are today is not who you need to be to scale and achieve a specific goal. Founders learn to cope with the pressure and because of that identity shift, the decisions to drive the business and achieve compliance follow.
