Noor M. thanks Noor, make might not be the best for this as maintenance is going to be a pain, and at scale I would need to connect like 10 Gmails for AEs and SFDC connection etc. Michael F. does this require reps to add there SFDC BCC address to be tagged? And is it Gmail connection or BCC logging similar to what SFDC does. Just for clarity I can automate the BCC tag via Gmail but I also have Superhuman for that. Solution I am looking for is something that knows the contact is in SFDC and being sent by the user and logs it back. Will DM you more questions.

And would say HS has alot more experts if/when you need them. Customer.io/Attio the pool is less. Something to keep in mind for scale.

I have been using Attio recently, and here is my take after 2-3 months. Jared R. For the small size shop I am: So far its a breeze. I love the auto enrichment, gmail integration is 🔥 automatically creates contacts and companies, it has a good easy UX/UI. Very easy to use and understand and you can build out decently complex flows if you wanna be fancy. On the downside Attio doesn't replace the marketing stack, or create website forms etc. It does have integrations but limited. And other integrations are also limited which is where they lose. And no one wants to manage Zapier for each webhook based integration they don't have. I know they are working on it, but thats my honest take so far. HubSpot is also getting pricier, they are trying to be on par to SF (literally HS rep told me the other day)

HubSpot is pretty good, but I have been using Attio recently and in terms of usage it is way easier and smarter built. It can auto pick activities, has a call intelligence feature they just launched and is fairly easy to set up. Only downside i see is limited number of integrations but they have been bypassing that with Zapier and other tools. Else HubSpot is a safe choice as many flagged. Ofc it all depends on how large the org is and what use cases they foresee in future.
