I would love your advice on how to present commercial reporting in a way that really connects with stakeholders. We have strong data quality and can report across many metrics, but it is becoming difficult for stakeholders to digest and act on.
We are aiming to move towards more predictive and action-oriented reporting but are finding it hard to get beyond dashboards.
How do you present reporting so it drives engagement and action without overwhelming your audience?
If you use meeting cadences for reporting, what cadence has worked best for you?
If you use Tableau, I would also love to hear how you structure your content there.
