We are huge into LinkedIn and are even beta testing a new feature in Navigator called Sales Assistant. We did decide to pull the trigger and move off UpdateAI and Salesloft to Gong Core and Gong Engage. Our implementation kicks off next week and will report back after we are live on the dialer quality of engage in US/UK/CA, Sidhant G.

We ran an A/B test last year for our AMs to use Sales Engagement while our AE/BDR used Salesloft and they pretty quickly asked for Salesloft. Depending on what the core feature you are reviewing for adoption is, I would take a look at even HubSpot Sales Hub. We are also in evals right now and stronger platforms are drastically reducing their price to get more market share.

Thanks guys. I will ping you Michael Z.. Jared R. - our outbound team (BDR/AE) is about 15 people but we also have AMs/SCs in SL right now. We have a new CRO who is keen on exploring the idea of AI Agents for outbound on tier 3 accounts but I wasn't planning on including that as a factor in this evaluation because I've yet to here of anyone using the agents sales engagements tools have developed thus far.
