From what you are describing I think it may be a triggering event setup problem.
But it also could be a problem with the Ux/Ui. You could use Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to track user behaviour on the LPs.
I think with GA4 and Google/ Facebook Ads you should be able to track the issue.
