Hey all, I'm looking for some advice. I'll be taking over our orgs 6 person BDR team as Manager of Business Development. I have 5 years of BDR experience. I've been with this company for 2 years, starting as a BDR, getting promoted to Sr BDR ~10 months ago. I'm super excited to step into my first management role and confident I can do a great job, being that I know the internal processes well and having been exposed to some of the behind the scenes stuff that goes on during my Sr BDR tenure. My question is - Does anyone have any good resources that they would advise me to check out to make sure I can make this transition as efficient as possible? YouTube videos, podcasts, pdf resources, etc. I know stepping from an IC role into management is a whole different world so anything you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
