What cold-calling tools are sales teams prospecting across Africa using?
We currently use PressOne. While it works, it's primarily built for call centres rather than outbound sales teams, so it's not very configurable for our workflow. We've also explored CloudTalk, Aircall, and similar tools, but the pricing doesn't make economic sense for the volume of calls we make.
I'm looking for something that's built for or works particularly well in African markets, supports outbound sales workflows, has reliable call quality, CRM integrations, and affordable calling rates. Ideally, I'd love recommendations from people who are actually using these tools for B2B prospecting across multiple African countries.
